Essay

The work is devoted to study the features of the motion of glycolisis processes, reactions of the cycle of cycle of trykarbon acids, the activity of chain of the electron's transfer in the mitochondrias and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the subcellular structures of the cells of liver of quail in an age-old aspect, for actions of connections of the organic Selenium and at the modeled Cadmium loading. It is set that the eating of the Sel-Pleks preparation in composition the mixed fodder in an amount a 0,15 mg/kg of the dry forage to the quail promotes the activating of anaerobic that aerobic processes in a cytoplasm and mitochondrias of the cells of liver. The growth of the activity of cytochromoxydase as terminal enzyme of respiratory chain of mitochondrias is set. The activity of antioxidant enzymes of catalase, SOD and GPO, to the active center of which Selenium enters, grows too. It is set that the application of the Sel-Pleks preparation at the simultaneous action on the organism of quail of the sulfate of cadmium is favours the activating of enzymes of energetic exchange, cumulating of energy in cells as phosphates connections of the macroergic combinations, and also the growth of activity of enzymes of the antioxidant defense SOD, catalase, GPO, contants of GSH and ceruloplasmin.
