Object of research - processes and methods of work on the implementation of innovative business engineering projects. The purpose of research - analysis and development of theoretical and methodological support to manage using the "on-line" work with the introduction of innovative business engineering projects. Research methods - decomposition method, system and methods of structural analysis, methods of operations research, graph method. Theoretical and practical results - developed a methodical approach to the issues of temporal parameters of innovation and the proposed methods based on their effective use of financial resources for operational control of the progress of the implementation of innovative projects. Scientific novelty: first proposed approach to solving complex functional tasks of production management mode "on-line" to strengthen the implementation of innovative projects in engineering enterprises, while production of primary products, improved system of information support functions operating on the basis of accounting regulation time deviations from estimated value, improved control system sequence of works on implementation of innovative projects, improved financial control system works in the implementation of innovative project methodical approach to the problem of efficient use of funds for operational regulation of work in progress with the development of an innovative project. Level of implementation: results of the thesis introduced in practice DP KMZ "FED" DP "Proton", DP "Electrotyazhmash", the learning process of NTU "KPI" in teaching the subject "Innovation Management" for training masters degree 8.050.201 Management organizations.
