Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of grant of parole from completion of sentence problem. The history of origin and development of grant of parole from completion of sentence in criminal law is illustrated. The essence of this type of parole is determined, its place among methods of criminal-law influence is ascertained. Legal analysis of this type of parole is realized, analysis of its grounds, terms and legal consequences is given. The substance of convicts correction criteria is determined. The matter of conduct of grant of parole persons during probation period control is examined.
