Kovtun M. The Ukrainian Archival Periodic (1947-2007) as the sourse of studying of history of archival affairs in Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of Ukrainian Archival Periodic (1947–2007) as the source of studying of history of archival affairs in Ukraine. There are characterized the main stages of UAP existing during mentioned period, analyzed its structure and contents, editorial and authors in the paper. There is made source analysis of UAP articles contents to find out the main tendencies and directions of development of archival affairs in Ukraine in the dissertation. There is found that investigated editions have great informative potential, historical value and are the important source while studying the history of archival affairs in Ukraine. The dissertation paper is completed by the additions: Chief Editors of «Archives of Ukraine» journal: biographies; the structure of Editorial staff of «Archives of Ukraine» and its rotation (1947–2010); the correlation of main topics of articles of «Archives of Ukraine» during 1947–2010; common characteristics of UAP (scientific issues of Ukrainian Research Institute of Archival Affairs and Record Keeping, professional issues of state and local archival institutions.
