Object - 129 patients with chronic Helicobacter-pylori-associated erosive gastritis (CEG). Clinical and pathological characteristics of the CEG course and the efficiency of complex treatment depending on liver function with follow-up study have been investigated. It has been established that one of the pathogenetic factors of recurrent CEG is concomitant with chronic liver function disorders. More pronounced changes of CEG clinic-morphological pattern, Hp contamination level, ІL-1beta rate, trace elements, oxidative imbalance in case of CEG along with chronic liver function disorders have been ascertained. The differentiated treatment with gastro-norm (quadrotherapy) and citrarginine has been elaborated depending to liver function. Branch - medicine.
