Essay

Thesis is a scientific study on the characteristics of general law enforcement errors committed by the police in all areas. The author conducted a thorough analysis of concepts of law enforcement errors existing in legal literature and suggested three basic approaches to its understanding. The definition of the term "law enforcement error of the police" is given in the thesis. Criteria for the classification of law enforcement errors are established and analysis of their main types is carried out and reported. Peculiarities of origin, detecting and rectification of errors in law enforcement are researched.
