Object of research: economic relations are in relation to a production, distribution and consumption of food on territory of the Cherkassy region. Research purpose: improvement of methodical ground and development of the applied aspects of process of providing of regional food safety. Research methods: historical; abstractly logical; cross-correlation regressive; static and dynamic groupings; indicative; graphic, method of tabular presentation.
