An object is the formation of the expenses at the agricultural enterprises. In-methodical and practical aspects of forming and efficiency of charges are in agricultural enterprises. In the process of research the general are used and special (monographic statistical grouping, cross-correlation-regressive, економіко-математичного design, determination of level of break-even of production, tabular and graphic) methods. Interpretation of essence of categories of "expense", prime "price" and theoretical going, is near classification of charges; application of factor analysis for research of interdependence between a level and efficiency of charges, methodology of determination of level of break-even of production; the methodical going is worked out near differentiation of state grants; the estimation of influence of intensity of production is complemented on efficiency of charges; the methodical going is near the ground of efficiency of charges taking into account basic economic indicators. Theoretical- methodical principles of forming of charges are improved and deep in agricultural enterprises.
