Dudchenko O. The board of the executive authorities of Independent Ukraine: historical and legal investigation

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex investigation of legal and organizational grounds of the board formation; place, role and meaning of boards in the system of executive bodies of Ukraine, as well as in working out definite scientific and practical recommendations as for improving its structure and legal status are defined. The regulatory legal acts of independent Ukraine, the records and documents of the executive board meetings, the files of the Central State Archives of the Higher Authorities and Administration of Ukraine, the State Archives of Kyiv, the current archives of the central boards of the executive bodies and local state Ukrainian administrations are the basis of the investigation.
