Martynyuk I. Forming of logistic system of an innovation-oriented enterprise

The role of logistics in the conditions of increase of streaming processes on en-terprises has been outlined. It has been defined that the key precondition of achieve-ment of the effective functioning and development of an industrial enterprise is his in-novative orientation. The essence of the logistic system of an innovation-oriented en-terprise has been shown. Its characteristics have been set. The definition of "an innova-tion-oriented enterprise" has been specified. The grounds of forming of the logistic sys-tem of an innovation-oriented enterprise have been analyzed. It has been suggested to examine the forming of the logistic system of an innovation-oriented enterprise as gen-eration of the set of conditions of flow of the process, the results of which are the ground for the concerted purposeful activity of the functional subdivisions of an enter-prise and integration of management of the streams by the stages of production-sale chain. The preconditions of forming of the logistic system of an innovation-oriented en-terprise have been analyzed. The set of conditions of streamingness of the flow of in-novation processes, as time, intensity, concentration, capacity, density and stability, has been outlined. The structure of the organization support of innovation activity of an en-terprise has been improved. On the basis of organization of the procedures of authenti-cation, measuring and interpretation of the conditions of streamingness, the estimation of the flow of innovation processes of an enterprise has been improved. The approach to the modeling of organization of the activity of an innovation-oriented enterprise has been developed. The sequence of choice of the rational form of a network of innovation processes by the revealed conditions of streamingness has been suggested. The direc-tions of saving the costs of an innovation-oriented enterprise have been specified. The developed recommendations have been used in the activity of industrial enterprises.
