Evlash D. Method of parametrical synthesis in problems of multiservice network NGN designing

Object - process of designing of multiservice telecommunication systems. The purpose - quality improvement of service granted to NGN network subscribers at granting "Triple play" services by means of designing methods development. Methods - queueing theories, self-similar process theories, methods of optimization, penalty function, dichotomy, mathematical modelling, simulation modelling, full-scale experiment. Results - the method of group traffic characteristics determination in communication channels of multiservice telecommunication system is developed. The method of Internet subscribers load determination is improved, which allows to obtain numerical values of the resulting information streams generated by the Internet subscribers, with no need for additional research. It is introduced - into the work of "Velton. Telecom" operator, in granting of "Triple Play" services, for estimation of the required level of network resources for introduction of a new service.
