Mischenko Y. Statistical analysis of small business enterprises' activity in Ukraine

The object of research is small enterprises in Ukraine. The aim of research is theoretical explanation of methodological approaches and the development of practical recommendations concerning improvement of small business enterprises' activity statistical analysis. The research methods are based on general scientific principles and fundamental provisions of entrepreneurship theory and statistical science. The theoretical and practical results are in following: the conceptual scheme of complex statistical research of small business enterprises' activit,; the system of statistical indicators of small business functioning; scientific and methodological principles of defining homogeneous regional zones according to the level of small enterprises' functioning. The scientific originality consists in the following: it was advanced the system of statistical indicators of small enterprises' activity; methodological principles of statistical analysis of small enterprises' functioning; methodological approaches to the building of the graphical model of relative profit definition obtained in small enterprises in order to provide statistics bodies with authentic data concerning the results of small business enterprises' economic activit; the theoretical explanation of the concept "small business enterprise"; methodological principles of statistical research from the point of view of its life cycle; the use of statistical research methods of small enterprises structure according to the types of economic activity;; the application of factorial and cluster analysis methods for separation of homogeneous regional zones according to the level of effectiveness of small enterprises' functioning.
