Essay

The paper is devoted to clearing of peculiarities of optical field propagation in fiber elements and short segments of conventional and special optical fibers, to designing new polymer materials for special fibers and fiber sensors. The experimental results of non-resonance influence of optical near-field on matter have been obtained. The methods of solving the diffusion equation of power of optical radiation along a fiber have been developed. The possibility of controlled change of refractive index of organic-silicon polimer has been demonstrated. The model of temperature fiber sensor has been realized. Techniques of produced and automatized determination of parameters of fiber elements have been suggested.
