Essay

A research object is a technological process of work of screw and distributive element of the device of the sowing of mineral fertilizers. A purpose of work is a maintainance of fertility of soils due to the improvement of quality of distributing of mineral fertilizers in a row by the improvement of technological process of sowing and construction of screw of the device of the sowing of fertilizers. Research methods - Theoretical researches are conducted with the use of methods of theoretical mechanics, mathematical analysis and design with the use of modern packages of the applied programs. Determination of high-quality parameters indexes was executed on the personally developed original experimental setting in accordance with the accepted method and industry standards. The results of researches are treated the methods of mathematical statistics with the use of COMPUTER. Development of ground of technological process of the gather material is continued before the ribbon of screw which is essence of portion's throw of mineral fertilizers from the edge of coat of screw; the mathematical model of work of new spiral-disk device-batcher is developed; on the basis of the conducted complex of theoretical and experimental researches of basic structural parameters are determined, developed and made pre-production model of new device of the sowing of mineral fertilizers. As a result of researches the new method of determination of quality of distributing of granular mineral fertilizers is developed along a line and the new construction of screw device of the sowing of mineral fertilizers is developed. Results are got inculcated at the "Kiev's plant on making of technological equipment for an agroindustrial complex" which produces cultivated planter. The technical novelty of developments is protected two declarative patents of Ukraine on useful models.
