Moshel' T. Treatment of patients with chronic generalized periodontitis in combination current with chronic holecystitis and pancreatitis.

With the help of clinical, microbiological, immunological and molecular-genetic methods it was investigated clinical and patogenetic features of generalized periodontitis at patients with combination current of chronic holecystitis and pancreatitis, defined integral haemathological indexes, state of non-specific defence of oral cavity, with using of modern methods of diagnostic defined microbiocenosis features of peridontal pockets. Proposed and inculcated in clinic new pathogenically based treatment method of generalized periodontitis with using of "Timsal", "Cifran ST", "Yogurt" and "Calcemin". At the base of clinical-radiological and laboratory data proved, that using of proposed treatment method of generalized periodontitis at short and long terms of observations abbreviates amount of visits, improvement periodontal tissues state and oral hygiene, decrease infection of gums with campilobacter, increase activity of oral lizocym and normalize microbiocenosis of peridontal pockets..
