Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of jaw osteomyelitis treatment background of patients’ drug addiction. Data on clinical run and roentgenological pecularities were received from drug addicted patients. Morphological changes in jaw bone tissues were studied for this category of patients together with the study of possible clinical-morphological parallels. Main organism’s reactive systems were studied and together with an influence of Ronkoleykin on these systems. A method of complex treatment of jaw osteomielitis of drug addicted patients was developed and introduced, which includes corrections of immune abnormalities and pathophysiological changes together with vast d-bridement jaw surgery. Comparative analysis of proposed complex treatment method of jaw osteomyelitis treatment background of patients’ drug addiction to existing methods was carried out, that allower to decrease the lethality percentage, frequency of relapse and purulent septic complications.
