The dissertation is devoted to summarizing theoretical approaches and development of practical recommendations on forming of competitive advantages of enterprises at confectionery market. In dissertation the theoretical approaches to forming of competitive advantages as an object of management are generalized; the essence of the concepts of "competitive advantage", "competitive position", "competitiveness" was clarified; sources of forming and types of competitive advantages were identified; the process of forming of competitive advantage of enterprises were identified and characterized; the competitive environment of the confectionery market of Ukraine was investigated; competitive advantages, relevant to enterprises at Ukrainian.
