The results of research of scientific-methodical positions and applied recommendations are represented in relation to the management by publicity activity of releases of printing mass medias. Methodical approach is offered to forming by the releases of printing mass medias of price policy in the field of publicity services, which is based on the complex and successive use of expenses, oriented to competition and oriented to demand of methods of pricing and foresees the division of advertisers on a category, depending on the results of advertising expected by them in printing to MASS-MEDIA.
