Galitseyska Y. Resource policy of commercial banks in conditions of market economy reforms in Ukraine

The object of the work is the activities of banks in terms of market reforms of economy of Ukraine. The aim of the dissertation is a ground of theoretical bases and determination of work of banks assignments on forming of resource policy that will provide an increase and quality structure of resources of banks.The methods of the work are the following: the methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, the method of relationship of cause and effect, the abstract and logical method. The results of the paper: theoretical generalizations are presented and recommendations are worked out on forming and practical realization of resource policy. The novelty of the work: formulation of definition of resource policy of bank is offered, conception of forming and realization of resource policy is reasonable. The results of the work are inculcated into activity process of such banks as "UkrSibbank ", " Eurogasbank ", "Brokbusinessbank", "Prominvestbank"; they are also introduced at courses of study at the Ternopil National Economic University. The field: organization of work of banks on forming of resources.
