Essay

Research object: process of forming of glass-ceramic ferrit-content coverages on ceramics in the conditions of the speed burning. Purpose of researches: development of compositions and basic technological parameters of receipt of glass-ceramic coverages on the ceramics of the special setting with an effective protective action from an electromagnetic radiation. Research methods and apparatus: thermodynamics, physics-mechanical and electrophysics methods, X-ray-diffraction (DRON-3M), differential-thermal ("Paulik, Paulik, Erdei"), dilatometric (DIL 402 RS), petrographic (MI-2e), IR-spectral analyses (Perkin Elmer Spectrum One), methods of mathematical statistics with the use of application software of Statistica 6.0. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of the developed scientific positions and experimental findings compositions and technology of glass-ceramic coverages are developed on ceramics by the method of the directed crystallization with the use of prekursor which provide the effective protecting of biological and technical objects from influence of electromagnetic radiation. Novelty: triangulation of the systems of Fe2O3 - Al2O3 - CoO and Fe2O3 - Al2O3 - NiO is first conducted taking into account the magnetic state of ferrits of cobalt and nickel, certainly stable coexisting phases and eutecticum of elementary triangles; the features of synthesis of ferrit-content frit are set by step heat treatment of charge (with self-controls at 800 С and 1300 С) which provides the receipt of materials with permeance (5,19-7,28) and volume resistivity ((0,49-1,2)10^6 Оm·m); the optimum ratio phaseforming oxides glass-ceramic and the amount of precursor (32-36 %), which is a prerequisite for long-lasting and environmentally friendly special ceramic products with an effective protective effect of EMR. Introduction degree: the skilled-laboratory research of workings out materials is spent in the conditions of OC "TERRA-AVT" (Kharkov) with positive result; results of work are introduced in educational process NTY "KhPU". Use sphere: results of work can be used at the enterprises of branch of building materials in manufacture of glazed facing tiles, including a special purpose; at designing of structures and synthesis ferrit-content materials of a different functional purpose; in higher educational institutions by preparation of experts in technology of refractory nonmetallic and silicate materials.
