Miroshnychenko O. The mechanism of management by the bank's competitiveness

On the general basis of research results the essence of banking competition was determined based on the definitions of "competition" and specific competitive relations in the banking sector; types and forms of banking competition were systematized; the essence of the term "bank's competitiveness" was determined, its components were distinguished; factors that influence on bank's competitiveness were systematized and the mechanism of their influence was determined; the essence and the structure of mechanism of management by the bank's competitiveness were determined; instruments of management by the bank's competitiveness were characterized. An algorithm for integrated evaluation of the bank's strategic competitiveness was worked out, which formalizes the relationship of environmental factors and internal conditions of the banks activity. By results of an evaluation procedure of decision-making by management of bank regarding management of its competitiveness is offered.
