The object: process of forming tariff policy of heat supply enterprises. The subject: theoretical proposition, methods and applied aspects of forming tariff policy of heat supply enterprises. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis, balance method, method of compare, multilevel chain substitution and index methods, method of setting, method of correlated analysis, removal tendency method. First: there has been offered the basis of rational tariff level for central heating enterprises with the help of the flow of funds model; there has been offered the index tariff policy efficiency rating; there have been exposed the most significant indices, that characterize consumers of heat supply service with the aim of attaining of the highest possible payment collection for providing services. Improved aspects: there have been improved the methods of approach to the apportionment of the permanent part of tariff, seasonal prevalence calculation, determination of rational level of double-rate tariff. Further development: the system of generalized efficiency indices of heat supply enterprises functioning obtained further development. Sphere of usage: public utility companies of central heating enterprises.
