Oliynychuk R. Criminal-legal characteristics of group breach of the public order

The dissertation is the first complex research of questions of the criminal-legal characteristics of group breach of the public order in Ukraine. The historical and comparative-legal aspects of regulation of responsibility for group breach of the public order are considered. The paper contains analysis of terminological and content characteristics of this crime. Problematic and contradictory questions of objective and subjective signs of group breach of the public order in Ukraine are researched. The differentiation of the actions defined in the art. 293 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the other crimes as well as violations of law is made.
