The analysis of the scientific literature on the problem of interstage processes investigation while producing organic and inorganic composites has been fulfilled; the present-day situation with organic and inorganic composites production on the basis of sodium (potassium) silicate has been analyzed. The kinetics of hydrolysis of saponification of complex ether of hydrocarboxylic acids in the environment of sodium (potassium) silicate has been studied. The influence of the substances investigated as solidifying agents, on organic and inorganic composites has been investigated. It has been shown that the compounds, containing complex ether groups, can be used as solidifying agents of organic and inorganic composites. The solidification process of sodium (potassium) silicate with such solidifying agents has some advantages from the point of view of composites vital ability.The regularities of interacting sodium (potassium) silicate and 3-ethylenetetraamine and other amines of aliphatic and aromatic series have been found out. On the basis of reologic and spectral properties of organic silicate composites the peculiarities of their structure and hydrogen bond role in their formation have been discovered. The role of 3-ethylenetetraamine as an accelerating agent of oxidizing polymerization of rubber latex, which is a component of organic and inorganic composite has been fond out.New organic and inorganic composites on the basis of sodium silicate modified with amines have been produced. Physical and mechanical properties of surfaces of composites developed have been studied. The results of experimental investigations carried out as for the application of the composite developed have been confirmed during the production of the trial lot of fa?ade organic silicate lacquer pointing material. The fa?ade organic silicate lacquer painting material has been fully tested at "Dnepropromreserv" Ltd.
