Essay

Based on a complex calculation and analytical models, laboratory and pilot plant used to study the injection refining of liquid iron in the heavy buckets (140-350 t) dispersed magnesium. The regularity and the parameters of the interaction of cold two-phase flow with the molten magnesium cast iron after at greater depths the refined bath. New knowledge about the patterns and features of the expiration of magnesium fluxes into the melt, formation tuyere and bubbling zone in the volume of a liquid metal bath. The conditions and parameters of sustainable blowing open (without passivation) magnesium to molten iron flow. Formulated the basic parameters and the components of rational technology and hardware-process scheme refine heavy bucket. The developed technology mastered in metallurgical production in the modern automated systems of desulfurization of cast iron in the ladle. It was implemented. Iron and Steel production.
