Falkovsky A. Axiological Approach in the Methodology of Modern Jurisprudence

The author analyses the process of jurisprudence paradigms changing as the basis of formation of various approaches to the legal reality understanding. The thesis contains the investigation of philosophical sources of axiological approach in the philosophical thought of the past and the present; the role, the place, the formation and the development of axiology, of law in the system of legal knowledge are determined; the concepts of axiological approach and axiological paradigm are exposed; the classifications of axiological approach is revealed. It is marked that the concepts and the categories forming the category vehicle of axiological approach, determine the orientation of jurisprudence fundamental problems understanding.
