Essay

A research object is a technological process of excavation of root crops, combined digging up working organ. An aim of work is an increase of indexes of quality of excavation of feed beet by perfection of construction and ground of rational structurally-kinematics parameters of the combined digging up working organ. Research methods - theoretical researches were based on the basis of mathematical design of process of excavation of feed beet the combined digging up working organ with the use of positions of higher mathematics, theoretical mechanics, theory of machines and mechanisms and mathematical statistics. Experimental researches were conducted in the field terms with the use of pre-production model of machine according to operating and worked out methodologies. During realization of the field researches the methods of planning and realization of multivariable experiment were used, statistical treatment of results of which was conducted according to well-known methodologies with the use of the application programs for the personal computer. The technological process of excavation of lots of feed beet and basic structurally-kinematics parameters of combined dig are reasonable on the basis of analysis of the second serve of constituents of component of admixtures of lots of root crops and process of co-operation of cleansing blade of horizontal billow with the head of root crop. On that ground dependences which characterize are first got: - change of the general second serve of admixtures of lots of root crops and second serve of constituents of component of admixtures depending on the parameters of combined dig, descriptions of feed beet and terms of work of root harvester; - change of coefficient of technological efficiency of work of combined dig from his parameters, formalized forms and descriptions of feed beet and terms of work of root harvester; - process of moving away of bits and pieces of tops from the heads of root crops on condition of their unknocking out and undamage on the basis of research of process of co-operation of cleansing blade with the head of root crops. Dependence is got for determination of possible angulator of appeal of cleansing blade of horizontal billow from the condition of unknocking out and undamage of feed beet. It is offered and the construction of combined dig and certainly his basic rational structurally-kinematics parameters are experimentally reasonable. On results theoretical and experimental researches the pre-production model of combined dig of root harvester is worked out and made. On the basis of the got results of multivariable experiment empiric equalizations of regression, which characterize, are shown out: - general second serve of admixtures of lots of root crops and second serve of constituents of component of admixtures depending on the change of rate of movement of root harvester and frequency of rotation of cleansing blade; - coefficients which take into account the degree of decline of the general second serve of admixtures of lots of root crops and second serve of constituents of component of admixtures from the change of rate of movement of root harvester and frequency of rotation of cleansing blade; - losses, damages and bits and pieces of tops on the heads of root crops from the change of rate of movement of root harvester and frequency of rotation of cleansing blade. Offered to recommendation for the choice of rational parameters of combined dig. The results of agrotechnical estimation of the modernized root harvester confirmed efficiency of work of combined dig comparatively with a base machine. Job performances are accepted for the use by the public joint company of " Kovel'sil'mash " in the process of planning of beet-lifting technique. The structural novelty of technical decision is confirmed by 2 patents of Ukraine on inventions. Offered to recommendation for the choice of rational parameters of combined dig.
