Essay

Objects of researches - fumigants (gaseous phosphine, sulphuryl fluoride), Hyphantria cunea, Grapholitha funerbrana, Rhagoletis cerasi. Purpose - Substantiation of toxicological aspects disinfection of modern fumigants fruit production against pests and development from their modes offumigation. Methods: laboratorial, industrial research, a statistical method. Scientific novelty - Toxic action of gaseous phosphine and sulphuryl fluoride against the pests of fresh fruit (Hyphantria cunea, Grapholitha funerbrana - the analogue of Carposina niponensis and Rhagoletis cerasi - the analogue of Ceratitis capitata) has been investigated. Lethal norms of fumigants against pests at different stages of their development have been established. The dependence of gaseous phosphine and sulphuryl fluoride toxicity on their concentration, exposition and temperature has been proved. The assessment of application efficiency of mixes of gases (phosphine with sulphuryl fluoride and phosphine with a carbonic gas) in disinfection of fresh fruit has been given. The influence of researched fumigants on the quality of fruit has been investigated. Modes of gaseous phosphine fumigation aimed in disinfection of fruit, which provide high efficiency against pests at different temperatures (including low ones) have been developed. Field of application - agriculture, plant protection.
