Essay

It is stated that clinical course of GP if speaking about the teenagers suffering scoliosis, and exactly values of parodontitis tissue state, structural-functional state of bone tissue, level of bio-chemical markers of osteogenesis depends upon the degree of backbone deformation. The therapeutic complex is developed and applied that included anti-homotoxic medication "Osteobios" and bio-responsive stimulation of maxillofacial area promoting stabilization of the process of remodelling bone tissue that prevents further progression of generalized parodontitis found with teenagers suffering scoliosis. Effectiveness of the medical treatment is approved by clinical, density-metrical, X-ray and bio-chemical researches.
