Essay

The experimental, clinical laboratory substantiation and way of surgical treatment of GP severaty with using of ostheoplastic materials with biological and synthetic origin were carried out. It was determined at experiment, that the usage of combination of ostheoplastic materials FE of the brain and KERGAP-TKF IPl at the experimental periodontitis at animals forced the paces of bone regeneration, local bloodcirculathion and condition of alveolar process dus to bone collagen matrix formation. Received results show the determination of tasks, related with working out of modified surgical way of GP severaty treatment.
