Mykoliuk O. The Energy Efficiency Management of the Machine-Building Enterprise

The dissertation is devoted to the development of the energy efficiency management system at the machine-building enterprise on the basis of the system, process-oriented and target-centric approaches. Taking into account particular characteristics of the machine-building enterprises, determined the categories "energy-saving potential", "energy efficiency", "energy productivity", "personification of motivation to energy efficiency" and substantiated interconnection between these categories. Analyzed main trends in energy consumption by machine-building industry and identified determinants of energy-output ratio at the machine-building enterprises. Developed methodical recommendations regarding formation of energy-saving potential of the machine-building enterprise and calculation of the integral index which measures productivity of realized potential. Formulated balanced scorecard (BSC) for energy efficiency programme management on the implementation stage. This BSC includes goals which are set for each functional subsystem responsible for the implementation of the energy efficiency programme and comply with strategic goals of the enterprise.
