Sysoev S. Combined treatment of stable retention of canines (сlinical-experimental investigations)

In dissertation there are presented the results of experimental-morphologic researches of the formation of embryonic rudiments of the canines of upper jaw and surrounding tissues. Bay means of X-ray examinations there were determined anatomo-topographic features of impacted canines in the maxillary bones. For treatment of stable retention of canines there was worked out, substantiated and introduced in practice removable orthodontic apparatus that allows to change the direction of forth vector of displacement of impacted tooth in medial, distal, vestibular, oral directions, carried out rotatory- translational displacement. There was worked out, substantiated and introduced method of combined treatment of stable retention of canines with applying of intraosteal displacement of impacted canine with usage of removable orthodontic apparatus, usage at the retention period of treatment of silicon reteiner, the course of sessions of the low-intensive laser radiation, doing articulation gymnastics. High effectiveness of the suggested combined treatment was confirmed by clinical investigations.
