Yarchak V. The legal regulation of the prevention from the negative influence of the environment of the objects of increased environmental hazard

The Thesis devoted to the analysis of the problems of the prevention from the negative influence on the environment of the objects of increased environmental hazard. There were profoundly analyzed and identified the following legal categories: "the objects of increased environmental hazard", "the sources of increased environmental hazard", "environmental safety", "ecological risk of the objects of increased environmental hazard", "objectified environmental risk", "the negative influence on environment", "the prevention from the negative influence on environment", etc. It was grounded the necessity of systematization of ecological risks of the objects of increased environmental hazard. Special attention was paid to the specific of legal responsibility of subjects for the offence in the field of handling with the objects of increased environmental hazard and to the mechanism of warning of negative influence on an environment including legal-administrative and legal-economic measures to prevent negative environmental impacts. It was suggested a number of specific amendments to legislation that will improve the existing preventive mechanism when dealing with the objects of increased environmental hazard.
