Dissertation is dedicated to improving the efficiency of financial and economic activities of industrial enterprises on the basis of diagnosis. Theoretical basis of diagnosis of financial and economic activities are formulated. Based on the conceptual approach of the structure and the peculiarities of the process of diagnosis, to determine its role in the management of financial and economic activities. The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of existing methodological framework developed and implemented by the materials of Ukraine Automobile mathematical-statistical model, artificial neural network, graph-analytical model of diagnosis based on situational approach. Ways to improve diagnostic strategies for implementation of financial and economic activities through: the construction of the algorithm implementing the strategy of financial and economic activities on the basis of diagnosis, identify areas of diagnostics results to improve management decisions, offering recommendations for improving control and monitoring of financial activity enterprise in the process of diagnosis.
