Object is a shape-generating tool for polymeric composite aircraft structures manufacturing; aim is energy consumption and costs reduction on manufacturing of composite aircraft structures with high accuracy of shape as a result of self-heated shape-generating tool with required life time application; methods are theory of elasticity, laminated materials mechanics, thermodynamics; novelty consists in proposed and implemented for the first time new approach for design of shape-generating tool for composite structures manufacturing that provide required service life, minimal heat sink and minimal manufacturing process cost; result is expenses reduction on aircraft composite structures manufacturing; field of application is aircrafts and spacecrafts manufacturing.
