Gruschynskyy Y. Legal regulation agricultural investment activity in Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the legal regulation of agricultural investment activity in Ukraine. The thesis consists of an introduction, three sections, which include eight subsections, findings, list of references. In the introduction, we prove the relevance of research topic, scientific novelty, its practical significance. The first section reveals the legal nature of agricultural investment. Defined the concept of agricultural investment. Defined the concept of agricultural investment relations. Identified certain forms of agricultural investment activities, namely: the creation of agricultural companies, investment activity on the basis of the agreement, the implementation of investment by the Institute of joint activities.Explored the elements of agricultural investment relations. Formulated the main features of agricultural investment relations. The second section of agricultural investment treaty are divided into two groups: investment treaties and treaties with investment character. Considered financial instruments that are used in agricultural investment legal relationship, such as: stocks of agricultural joint-stock companies, bonds, agricultural enterprises, investment certificates, promissory notes. First considered the transfer of rights to intellectual property as a way of investing in agriculture. In the third section discusses the possibility of the use of special economic zones as a mechanism to attract investment in agriculture. Investigated the domestic experience of creation and functioning of special economic zones. Identified a number of elements that can ensure successful use of special economic zones to attract investment in the domestic agricultural sector. Analyzed in detail the experience of foreign countries in investment in agriculture. Proposals on the use of foreign experience in attracting investments in agriculture.
