Prymakov O. Grounding of the technological process and parameters of process equipment for hemp stems harvesting

Dissertation is devoted the question of increase of efficiency of the mechanized process of harvesting of seminal hemp on the basis of application of cat-like and rakes, the ground of their parameters and modes. In theory the basic terms of motion of operations of breaking and passing of hemp stems by corrugated compactors are certain. Dependences of influence of parameters and modes of operations of harvesting technique are improved on efficiency of technological process of breaking, sweeping and passing of hemp stems. Experimentally proved dependences of increase of percent of braking of stems in the process of their breaking, to the productivity of work of rakes and amount of remoted wood depending on modes and parameters of harvesting technique. The production test of technology is carried out and expected it’s economic effect.
