The thesis gives prominence to contains a comprehensive assessment method of traders economic security through the development of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations as concerns stock market indices influence upon the level of traders economic security. This paper summarizes theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the essence of traders economic security. Thus it researches the structure of the stock market, a system of indicators of stock market development, offers a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign stock market indices and shows their impact on traders economic security. The thesis discloses the research as regards the main trends in Ukraine's stock market development and traders activity in it, analyses the scope of concluded contracts and the system of indicators of traders economic security. The thesis discloses the system of traders economic security and reveals the relationships between its elements. It shows the interaction between stock market and traders in the process of their activity as well as systematizes the traders economic security components and economic security indicators. The paper develops the complex assessment method as concerns traders economic security level on the basis of stock market indices, issues ratings, volatility indices and indices profitability.
