Zachosova N. The formation of complex economic security system for asset management companies of mutual funds.

The paper summarizes the theoretical basis of a complex system of economic security asset managers of mutual funds, peculiarities of that companies, new areas of threats to their economic security, as well as the essence and conceptual basis for building an integrated system of economic security in a globalizing economy, the estimation activities to ensure economic security asset managers of mutual funds in Ukraine's exit from the global financial crisis, including compliance activities identified as asset management companies established by state standards, assessed their level of economic security threats of diagnosis and the comparative analysis of current evaluation methods the economic security of businesses and their possible use for such companies. In the dissertation the mechanism of formation of a complex system of economic security asset managers of mutual funds, improved information and analytical support complex system of economic security and expediency of introduction of insurance as a means of ensuring economic security are offered.
