The thesis is devoted to working out of tools and practical recommendations for perfection of theoretical-methodological basis of diagnostics in the process of anti crisis management at mining-concentrating enterprises. The degree classification of crisis state at ore mining and concentrating enterprises by insertion "critical situation" is improved. Complex express-diagnostic of crisis state index at mining-concentrating enterprises, based on the indices, the value of which can be defined at any moment of their activity. It has been improved the methodical approach for normative value definition of long-term obligations, the attraction of which, does not worsen the financial-economic state of an enterprise to crisis. It has been suggested the approaches to the phased planning of the current obligations which permit to prevent the crisis state at enterprise. It has been proposed the approaches to budget management of enterprise, which gives the opportunity at real-time processing to control possible changes in the stage of the crisis state and not to worsen it. Valuating tools of expediency of investment adjusted for limitation in time units are extended. Sector - the economy (mining).
