3. The subject of this research is ionic equilibrium and electrode processes occured under ferro-cobalt (Fe - Co) alloy coating formation. The research objective is the improvement of functional coatings ferro-cobalt (Fe - Co) alloys of wide range composition electro-deposition technology. Method of examination is the direct and cyclic voltammetry, X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction technique, SEM, impedance spectroscopy, polarization resistance and flexible cathode methods. As the result of theoretical and bottom line it has been established the Fe-Co alloys formation mechanism and it has been defined the functional property dependence from composition and surface morphology. Besides, it has been worked out the stable electrolyte and alloy electrodeposition technology with wide range elements. The novelty is the magnetic characteristic cover Fe-Co increase upstairs iron content in thin layers, but the rust resistance increase upstairs cobalt concentration. At the same time the electrolytic process power consumption on coated electrode alloy declins by15% in earthy base solution. The realization degree consist of the electrolyte resource pilot test in "Promsnabsbyt", Kharkov and the corrosion resistance tests in Ltd. "Kermet-U" Kharkov. The branch of this research application is the technical process of electrochemical production, Research Studies Institutes and а training process.
