Zborovsky А. Non-psychotic mental disorder for the injured miners with thermal defeats at failures on the coal mines of Donbas (diagnostics, clinic, prevention and correction)

Using a system of information-theoretical, socio-demographic, clinical, clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostic, catamnestic and statistical methods, for Us 2001-2008 years in pure research 142 miners with thermal lesions I-III degree, obtained as a result of man-made accidents - dust and gas explosion in the coal mines of Donbass, with non-psychotic mental disorder. The influence of complex of socio-demographic factors on the occurrence and for mental disorders. Studied the internal picture of disease, given the clinical and psychopathological characteristics and selected clinical variants of the identified disorders. Used in the performance of the integrated approach has allowed to develop, research, justify and implement a scientific complex incremental differential treatment and rehabilitation activities aimed at early diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychological prophylaxis and correction of non-psychotic mental disorder among miners with thermal injuries received as a result of industrial accidents in coal mines of Donbass, as well as assess effectiveness.
