The object of research: the process of development of land relations in market transformation of land ownership on the example of Vinnytsia region. Objective: To study and develop proposals for improvement and further development of land relations in agriculture in conditions of market economy. Methods: abstract-logical and systematic approach, monograph, history, graphic, economic analysis, grouping, economic and statistical, abstract and logical. Scientific novelty: first used an integrated approach in studying the problems of land relations in the region and sets out key directions for their further development, methodical approach to adjust valuation indicators of economic conditions for removal of unproductive and degraded soils including fitness classes for growing crops, improved scientific methodological approaches to rational land use ecology, the legal framework governing land relations; Further development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of land relations in conditions of market economy multistructural, conceptual approaches to the formation and development of agricultural land market, study the amount of rent for land shares (shares) and land areas of agroecological and ecology of farmland.
