Sydorenko М. Methodological basis for data comparability in the conditions of switching to new updated versions of statistical nomenclatures

The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical, scientific and methodological principles and practical guidelines to ensure comparability of statistical information in the context of implementation of the updated versions of statistical classifications.Object of research is modern statistical classifications for economic activities. Subject of research are theoretical and methodological foundations and methodological approaches to the construction of time series in introducing updated versions of statistical classifications.Methods: a systematic approach, historical and logical, aggregation, statistical (tracking, mixing and grouping, absolute and relative indicators, time series, structural analysis), graphical method.Scientific novelty of the results is to improve and methodological comparability of statistics in the transition from one version to another classification and validation on this basis, methodological and practical recommendations for closing time series.For the first time:-developed combined method recalculations retrospective data during the transition to updated versions of classifications for businesses and organizations of Ukraine.To this end, the stages and formed the algorithm re-calculation the complex calculations and built a database of enterprises by economic activity, which allowed to obtain comparison figures in the dynamics of the two structures CTEA;-Developed and implemented a methodical approach to closing time series for updated versions of classifications. For this, the basic criteria of comparability listed retrospective data in the transition from NACE as amended in 2005 (DK 009:2005) CKEA as amended in 2010(DK 009:2010). Improved: a theoretical and methodological foundations comparability of indicators in the transition from one version to another classification, and scientific and practical recommendations for implementation of the methods restatement of historical data from the micro and macro levels.Given further development: Research and methodology of construction of retrospective time series, and methodological approaches to the comparability of statistics as a restatement of the conditions of introduction of updated versions of classifications when using different methods of transfer.Scientific and practical results of dissertation at the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine (№17/1-20/91/1, 17.08.1910 ), the State enterprise "Information-analytical agency" (№ 10/06-176, 06.30.10), the State Enterprise "State Information and Analytical Center for Monitoring of Commodity Markets" SE "Entrepreneurship" (№ 1513/01-09, 12.28.09 ). The results of the thesis used in studying the National Academy of statistics, accounting and auditing (d. number 913/1vid 08/09/1910).
