Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of quality of the prosthetic diagnostic and treatment of the occlusal disorders which have resulted from a dentition of the third molars for the purpose of occurrence preventive maintenance of the dysfunction of temporomandibular joint conditions. The complex of modern clinical and paraclinical investigations have established that the dentition of the third molars is the reason of formation and development of the disorders of the occlusal adjustments, neuro-muscular balance’s infringement, temporomandibular joint and masticatory muscles function’s changes. Expressiveness of complications is dependent on the size of a lack of a place for third molar’s dentition and its term of dentition. It is proved that normalization of the dentoalveolar device condition is provided with the normalization of the occlusal surface and tooth alignment, which can be created by selective grinding or occlusal surface relief updating, using occlusal splints, third molars removing.
