Object: system of economic relations and processes, which form the increase of efficiency of activity of agricultural enterprises, and also terms in which it is possible them effective functioning. Purpose: scientific generalization theoretic positions and practical ground organizationally economic bases of increase of efficiency of functioning of agricultural enterprises. Methods: to the analysis and synthesis, statistical, abstractly logical, statistical groupings, cross-correlation regressive to the analysis, graphic method. Results: investigational economic essence and maintenance of economic mechanism of increase of efficiency of functioning of agricultural enterprises, grounded conceptual positions of harmonization of economic interests of participants of reproductive process, investigational going near determining size of rent, found out a place and role of motivation and financial stimulation of labors. Novelty: grounded conceptual approach in relation to forming organizationally economic bases of increase of efficiency of functioning of agricultural enterprises, methods and receptions of analysis of profitability and profitability of agricultural enterprises are improved, going is improved near determining size of rent, the theoretical questions of motivation and financial stimulation of labors are improved in agricultural enterprises in the context of market conditions of their manage, got subsequent development directions and approaches to forming of price policy taking into account an equivalent barter.
