Lysenko Y. Legal regulation of land jurisdictional relationships in Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with a complex and comprehensive analysis of land jurisdictional legal relationships in Ukraine. In the dissertation the author analyses doctrine of the land jurisdictional legal relationships and classifies such relationships. A significant attention is devoted a concept, features and structure of the land jurisdictional legal relationships. As a result of the research, definitions of the land jurisdictional activity and land jurisdictional legal relationships have been given, and independence of the land jurisdictional legal relationships has been substantiated. A comparative legal analysis of the land jurisdictional legal relationships under the current Land code of Ukraine and land legislation of foreign states has been conducted. Based on a research of the existing practice of applying land jurisdictional provisions in court and extrajudicial proceedings the author develops in the dissertation certain scientific approaches to a land jurisdictional procedure. In the dissertation the author suggests introducing specific changes and amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine in order to increase efficiency of land disputes resolution.
