The research object is a document search process in web systems. The research purpose is to reduce an information search time, research methods - graph theory, information theory, clustering and classification methods, optimization, Data Mining Text Mining, Information Retrieval. Scientific novelty is the following: a new method for finding the best ways to view the documents in a web-based systems, a new method for calculating the relevance of the information blocks of the web-pages by using SEO rules, further development of method for filtering web-pages from the information noise, a new information technology for finding optimal sequence of web-pages for viewing in a web-systems, the practical results - algorithms for filtering web-pages from the information noise, finding optimal viewing sequence of search results in web-based systems, graph model for displaying relationships between web-pages, software for finding and displaying the best ways to view the documents in a web-based systems. The results of dissertation research have been implemented at "InnoVinn" (Ukraine) in the search subsystem, in the online project management system at the TDC LLC (USA) company, in the educational process of the Department of Computer Control Systems at Vinnytsia National Technical University (Ukraine) in "Information technology in management systems" and "Intelligent optimization technologies". The application fields are search engines, systems for analyzing textual data.
