Essay

Work is devoted complex research of theoretical aspects of formation of the organizational mechanism of management of enterprises ІFG of the food-processing industry and description the basic methodical recommendations concerning improvement of its efficiency. Evolutionary approaches of historical development of the enterprises of industrial financial groups, the organizational economic mechanism of management was investigated by them. The condition of the organisation of the enterprises of industrial-financial groups of the food-processing industry of Ukraine, methods of an estimation of efficiency of the enterprises was analysed, spent diagnostics of a financial condition and mechanisms of stabilisation of activity of enterprises ІFG was hold. The methodic of an estimation of expenses for stimulation of industrial activity on the basis of manufacture of competitive production which gives the chance to define size of expenses for motivation taking into account an index of change of market condition, competitiveness of production, an index of change of an expense for production, effective functioning of the enterprises of industrial financial groups, a personnel overall performance; a technique of definition of efficiency of activity of enterprises ІFG by means of programming Borland Delphi which gives the chance to spend in a complex an estimation of efficiency of activity of the enterprises of industrial financial groups which considers indicators of efficiency of use of a fixed capital and an estimation of administrative potential of enterprises ІFG were developed and offered to use; the methodic of an estimation of level of profitability of each enterprise ІFG of the food-processing industry which is made from four stages was offered and gives the chance to define economic profitability, profitability taking into account the taxation, profitability of efficiency of financial instrument and the general profitability.
