Dissertation is dedicated to improvement of the methodical approaches to the reengineering's using at the food industry's enterprises in the conditions of the modern market economy of Ukraine. The theoretical aspects of enterprises reengineering are summarized. The classified signs of the reengineering's types are generalized. The methodology of reengineering project's making, which is based at the Hammer/Champy's approach is proposed with consideration of the necessity of attachment to the enterprise's strategy. The methodical base which will allow to realize the main purposes of reengineering is elaborated. The necessity and significance of reengineering's inculcation at the food indastry's enterprises are grounded. The model effectiveness dependence of business-processe's reengineering from the factors of effectiveness is worked out. The methodics of progect's marking of the business-processe's reengineering at the food indastry's enterprises is suggested. The methodics of management of financial stability with considerations of the enterprise's life cycle at the reengineering marking is improved.
